Meg Prior, Vice President of Contracts Management, successfully leads all government and commercial contracting in the federal, state, and local markets for DVS. Her comprehensive experience in contracts management encapsulates full Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) including risk and compliance management. She has a proven history of negotiating and managing high-value, high-complexity government-funded contracts and subcontracts, employing a combination of professional integrity, industry best practices, clear written and verbal communications, and fair negotiating practices. She analyzes Requests for Proposals (RFP) and negotiates contract and subcontract agreements, including Teaming, Licensing and Non-Disclosure Agreements. She has conducted business by utilizing the full range of contract variants (FFP, T&M, Cost-type) and vehicles.

Meg is a federal cybersecurity policy SME with an extensive technical background in information technology, cybersecurity, and the Risk Management Framework. As a FedRAMP System Owner she's led Authorization to Operate planning, execution, and maintenance, including securing and maintaining FedRAMP authorization. She is leading the preparation and execution of DVS's CMMC compliance. She consistently uses maturity, confidentiality, and objectivity to plan, execute, and remediate information and personnel security and risk mitigation programs.

Meg holds a Master of Business Administration concentrated in Cybersecurity and a Master of Disaster Science degree in Emergency Services Management with a Government Contracting concentration. In addition to her academic background, Meg has numerous professional credentials and extensive training in the practice areas of contract and commercial management, incident management, risk and contingency planning, and negotiation methods.
