Kellie brings a proven history of leading HR functions for global, fast-growing organizations and successfully guiding teams through complex transformations.
Ms. Bock served as an Organizational Change Leader at Salesforce, where she drove large-scale change initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams and building scalable change management strategies. Prior to Salesforce, she spent over a decade at Acumen Solutions (acquired by Salesforce in 2021), where she led HR and corporate learning functions for the global professional services firm. Under Kellie's leadership, Acumen Solutions achieved significant growth, improved retention, and developed innovative programs in performance management, employee development, and diversity and inclusion.
Earlier in her career, Kellie distinguished herself through HR leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Innovative Concepts, Gulf Power, and TRW, Inc., where she supported large, diverse workforces, implemented process improvements, and led employee engagement initiatives.
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from James Madison University, a Human Resource Management Certificate from George Mason University, and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner.
Outside of work, Kellie is actively engaged in the community, having served on several nonprofit boards and leadership committees. She lives in Falls Church with her husband and golden retriever.
